Joe Ferreira Architects
About us
Joe Ferreira founded JE Architects in 2004. Joe Ferreira Architects CC was registered in 2005.
Joe has extensive experience in the design, execution and contract management of large projects. His specialty lies in overseeing large teams of architects and coordinating consultant teams from design through to the final close-out of projects.
Joe gained valuable site experience working as Resident Architect on Sun International projects and the Campus for National Intelligence Agency and South African Secret Service. He has a holistic understanding of site operations and its intricacies, contractual obligations of all parties and decision-making on-site.
On larger projects we adopt a team approach collaborating with other architects. As the Principal of JFA, Joe Ferreira is registered with the Pretoria Institute for Architects (FE0561), the South African Institute for Architects (7287), The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (PrArch 4817) and the Green Building Council of SA.
