The Estate promotes architecture that utilize the open spaces offered by the 8 500 m² stands. They encourage owners to incorporate natural elements and sustainable technology in their designs. They do not prescribe specific aesthetics or styles to be adhered to.

The client wanted a contemporary farm style house with a central open living area combining the kitchen, dining and lounge area. This area will extend onto a covered deck where the Moraal family will do most of their living enjoying the view over the stream and hill in the background. A lower terrace provide play area for the children and space for a pool. The slope of the site made it possible to accommodate a guest suite on a lower level. Sewer water is recycled through a septic tank and filtering system and is used for garden irrigation. The design makes provision for a solar installation to be installed for back up electricity and water heating.
