The clients brief called for the maximum increase in floor area of their existing offices. The extension must also accommodate two large boardrooms that can be combined for larger functions and presentations. The addition of a South Wing, to match the existing North Wing (Basement, Ground and First Floor), was proposed. The area was further increased by incorporating Loft Offices in the existing roof space.
