Evaluation and recommendations on site selection or suitability of existing buildings:

• Inspect existing buildings or earmarked sites, obtain available information on the property and prepare recommendations to the client.

Preparation of the client's brief:

• Assist the client in the preparation of his/her requirements about the purpose, scope, use of and operation of a project.

Existing premises:

• Survey, measure and prepare documentation for existing premises (together with other consultants as needed).
• Document additions and structures erected on the premises without previous approval and submit “As Built” drawings for approval to authorities.
• Heritage buildings – services in connection with work on heritage buildings.

Procurement of other consultants and specialists:

• Source consultants and specialists as needed for the project on behalf of the client.
• Obtain fee proposals from them and recommend to client for appointment.

Applications for consent use, encroachments and amendment of planning schemes:

• Liaise with authorities and prepare special applications with motivations for encroachments and consent use, if required.
• Assist town planners and other consultants with zoning application and amendment of conditions as required.

Town Planning and Urban design:

• Participate in planning of new townships and developments.

Master Planning:

• Defining and planning the layout of future development of buildings and/or services on the same site.

Special design services:

• Purpose-made items: design and documentation of purpose-made items.
• Interior design: design and specification of fixtures and special finishes and participation in selection of furnishings, lights and other items.
• Landscape design: Participation in landscape planning, irrigation and the specification and construction thereof.

Other services:

• Issues requiring legal assistance: briefing of attorneys on amendment of title conditions, township registration, registration of servitudes, registration of the extension of a section of a sectional title scheme (additions to sectional title units).
• Promotional material and art work – participation in the preparation of promotional material.
• Any mutually agreed additional services.
